Our Six (6) Bedroom Condos Differences  Sunset Red, Ocean Blue and Sky Blue are all finished to the same specification.  There are subtle differences between the condo's however.  Sunset Red was our original condo and furnished in Red, hence the name, and, is one year older.  It is very slightly larger (about 20sq ft) which allows an extra dresser in bedroom five.  As it is one year older it has new carpet (a much better commercial grade carpet) whereas Ocean Blue and Sky blue still have the original cream carpets.  As they are both virtually new the carpets are in good condition. Ocean Blue and Sky Blue were bought at similar times and furnished in exactly the same manner hence they look exactly the same.  Ocean Blue came to us unfurnished while Sky Blue came furnished and we threw the furniture away!  If renting other villas take a look at what is in them.  When we got Sky Blue you could literally roller blade in the living area there was so little furniture and nowhere near enough tables and chairs to accommodate large groups yet is was still being advertised as catering to larger groups! Why Rent From Us? Excellent location for entertainment, shops and nightlife with a beautiful section of wide beach right across the street.  The facility has a lazy river, two small pools, two hot tubs and a Kiddy pool where most similar condo complexes have one rectangular pool only.  And, finally we believe we have the most feature full and best kept condo's in the facility - check out the specifications of our competition and we're sure you will agree. Sleeping Capacity The 6 bedroom condo has six pillow top king beds, two rooms have European style futons (close to queen size) and the living area has two queen sleepers.  The condo sleeps 12 very comfortably and up to a maximum of 20 using the sleepers and futons.  All bedding and linens are provided. Location and Local Attractions (more info...) The condo is located on South Ocean Blvd and 7th Avenue.  Cross Ocean Blvd and walk about 50 yds and you’re on the beach.  Walk two blocks north and you're at Family Kingdom Myrtle Beach's only remaining water and amusement park.  Broadway at the Beach is only a short taxi ride away at about 2 miles.  Visit the new (2008) Hard Rock Theme Park , only about 3 miles directly inland.  Go two miles south and you're at the airport, so it is perfectly feasible not even to take the car for this centrally located condo. Golf, Golf, Golf (more info...) Does your group consist of 4 to 8 guys looking for golf but you still want to be close to the entertainment?  Check us out; centrally located, each have your own bedroom with a king bed (no sharing a room or sleeping in a small bed), pool and foosball tables in the unit.  How about golfing couples; we can sleep 12 of you, one couple per room - king bed per couple! This is purely subjective however, but many of the locals in Myrtle Beach golf at the central and southern strand courses as they feel they are of higher standard.  Reduce your drive to these courses by 20 miles or so compared to our Cherry Grove and North Myrtle Beach “competition”.
